Profiles International 21st Annual Global Conference- News from Day 1
This year marks the 21st Profiles International Global Conference. The event is being hosted in the luxurious Grand Hyatt Hotel in downtown San Antonio. Over the week, we will be posting daily blog articles to keep you up to date with the goings-on at our client, partner and national director events.

The theme of this year's event is 'Winning Together'. As you can see from our conference logo, we have five elements to the theme. As a global company, we pride ourselves on the strength of our brand worldwide. The five elements of our 'Winning Together' theme are:
1. Partners - We have over 700 strategic business partners in the US and Canada, and National Directors that manage Profiles International business in over 120 countries.
2. Technology - The administration of assessments has changed significantly with the increased capability of web-technology. We have the most sophisticated assessment delivery system in the market, which ensures an exceptional experience for HR administrators, hiring managers and candidates.
3. Service - Our entire global organization offers only the highest quality of customer service and client support in every area of the employee lifecycle. From user training to developing,coaching and succession planning.
4. Marketing - We endeavor to educate the world on the value of assessments to make organizations more efficient and effective. With the ever-changing new techniques in modern marketing; we are staying on the cutting edge with the latest and greatest tools in the industry. We share these tools and strategies with clients, partners and colleagues.
Attendees began arriving Monday evening as we saw many familiar faces getting acquainted around the hotel lobby. Many of our international colleagues have flown from all over the world to attend the annual event.
Tuesday morning saw the kick of events for clients and national directors.
Throughout the week, Profiles International enterprise solutions team is also hosting the 2012 GPS of Talent Conference. GPS for Driving Growth, Performance and Sustainability.

Registration began for our client event across the street in the Hyatt Regency. Then it was straight to work! Training sessions in certification commenced. Certification is a key element of understanding and using Profiles solutions. We will cover more on the certification process in later blog posts.
In the evening, Bud Haney, president and founder of Profiles International hosted a client reception on the garden terrace of the Hyatt Regency. With Al Rainaldi and our enterprise solutions team in attendance, the evening was a huge success. It is a great opportunity for clients, new and old, to share their stories and become more acquainted.
Our national directors spent the evening together discovering the sights of the beautiful Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio.
