Best of the Best: This Week’s Favorite Bloggers!

In recent months we have stumbled upon many fantastic bloggers that we just had to share with you. Please feel free to comment on who your favorite bloggers are and why.

First up this week is Dan Rockwell and his blog dan rockwell resized 600http://leadershipfreak.wordpress.com

Dan is known as the leadership freak. He is a blogger and owner of a local non-profit. A nominee and winner of many awards including ‘Best of Leadership Blogs 2010’, his mission statement is; helping leaders reach higher in 300 words or less.

This is exactly what he does, his daily posts are clear, concise and to the point. A recent post of his grabbed my attention. How to go further faster. Here he outlines, what delegating is, why we need to do it, and 10 short steps to effective delegating.

‘Delegating poorly means you’re running out of steam. Exceptional delegating means you’re picking up speed.’ – Dan Rockwell

You can connect with Dan Rockwell here and follow him on twitter @leadershipfreak

Next up is Brian Hagman and his blog www.brianhagman.com

brian hagman resized 600This guy is the king of sharing! Unlike lots of other bloggers that are either selling something or promoting their brand, he simply shares wonderful tidbits of information on a daily basis.  From his favorite Twitter profile to an inspirational quote to steps on developing talent. His blog archive is a perfect combination of videos, leadership’s guru’s profiles, book reviews, and quotes. And he shares these daily on his twitter page. Follow him here and on Twitter @brian_hagman

Apart from sharing all this wonderful information with us Brian is a HR manager for Akebono Brakes.

He outlines his favorite quote on his blog home page and we just love it.

‘You will be the same person five years from now with the exception of the people you meet & the books you read’

-Charlie "Tremendous" Jones

Last, but by no means least on this week’s list: meet Robin Sharma

Global author of 11 bestselling books and founder of Sharma Leadership International Inc., he is renowned for being a level-headed, inspirational self-help expert. He has a very clear-cut and concise style of writing. robin resized 600

My favorite post; - 15 Ways To Do Your Best Work.

It is a straight forward concise checklist of essentials, such as, “challenge the things you did yesterday”, and”keep your promises – to others and to yourself”. He ends with a strong quote and signs off. This is exactly what I want to see when I read a blog post, not a long paragraph of content but a precise list.

His many books have quickly made it to my reading list!

So, don’t forget to let us know your favorite bloggers and authors, we would love to learn from you! Simply post a comment below or let us know on Facebook  or Twitter

Stay tuned for 3 more ‘Best of the Best’ bloggers next week!
